Sweet and Sour by Naomi Rayner, TastEd volunteer

wpmanager2019-09-26T10:40:04+01:00

One of the things that’s surprised us in TastEd lessons has been how the children can’t get enough of the sour tastes like lemons and limes. They sometimes say, “it tastes like poison – I want some more!”.

I’ve started cutting thin slices of cooking apple as a snack for my own children…they love the sweet/sour crunchiness and a huge cooking apple is gone in a flash.
