Victoria Cox

Fundraising Manager

Victoria Cox has joined TastEd as the charity’s first Fundraising Manager. She has a background in fundraising, engagement, and communications. Victoria joins TastEd from the Soil Association, and before that, she worked in Higher Education at the University of Oxford and Durham University.

Victoria has a long-standing interest in food and education. She has been a School Governor, a Charity Trustee, and has completed two cookery and nutrition courses with Leiths School of Food and Wine. With two young children, she fully believes in the value sensory food education can bring to schools and early years settings.

Her favourite way to eat a carrot is raw, from the chopping board, pinching pieces whilst she cooks!
