Rosina Borrelli

Rosina Borrelli has worked in a variety of areas of the food sector including hospitality, manufacturing, retail and FMCG. Her passion for food education stems from her Master’s dissertation in parental eating habits and has since worked with the  Children’s Food Trust (Let’s Get Cooking), the National Childbirth Trust (Baby’s Taste Journey) and Slow Food (Slow Food Baby and The Taste Adventure). This incorporated course development and train the trainer of teachers and other professionals; and also, direct teaching with babies, children and parents.

She currently works at the University of Oxford on the IFSTAL Programme which is a collaboration of leading food teaching institutions, exploring the concepts of food systems thinking with Masters and PhD students to bring about change in the sector.

Her favourite way to eat a carrot is raw, even better if at a picnic with hummous!
