Liam Connolly is a class teacher at the University of Cambridge Primary School. Originally from South Wales and an alumnus of the universities of Cardiff and Cambridge, he has taught and worked with children in Spain, Hong Kong and New York as well as the UK. He loves talking about food, cooking it and most of all, eating it, so is very interested in food education as a means of sharing with children both a love of food and healthy relationships to eating.
His favourite way to eat a carrot is chopped up in a crunchy Namasu salad.
