Jess is an independent marketer, writer and illustrator, with lots of experience in the food industry. She enjoys working with brands and individuals who are forward-thinking and want to make a positive difference. Regular clients include Anna Jones, the celebrated chef who has changed the face of modern vegetarian cooking and Halen Môn sea salt, her family’s amazing seasoning business. She has worked with everyone from tiny honey producers to international food brands, and many businesses in between.
She sees food as a lens to so much more – health, politics, sustainability, but importantly, pleasure, and loves that TastEd highlights that. Her favourite way to eat a carrot is raw dipped into something creamy.
