Admin and Marketing Assistant

Helena is the Admin and Marketing assistant for TasteEd. She also works at Growing Communities, a veg scheme providing seasonal organic veg to North East London.

A former teaching assistant with a masters in the Anthropology of Food, Helena believes that changing our food system can solve the interwoven issues of environmental health, human health and inequality – and this starts with education.

Her favourite way of eating a carrot is finely chopped in a stir fry – although she enjoys them raw as a snack too!
