Georgine Leung is a UK registered nutritionist who works in food education to promote healthier choices. She teaches practical food skills at a community college, and writes about nutrition for a range of projects. Georgine’s interest in food stems from her upbringing in Hong Kong, and has continued through her professional training in nutrition and food studies in the UK. Georgine is also a part-time researcher at University College London where she explores family food practices by Chinese mothers following childbirth.
