Courtney Whalen Van de Weyer

Courtney’s previous career was in food policy, with a particular focus on the relationship between food and mental health. She holds an MSc in Food Policy and was a long-standing trustee of the children’s food charity, Magic Breakfast. She is now a serial entrepreneur and currently runs a company with her husband that helps the victims of financial fraud. Originally from Wyoming, she now lives in Cambridge and has two young sons (one of whom recently agreed to eat vegetables, so long as they were uncooked.)
