Colette Foskett

Education Officer

Having taught in primary schools across London since 2004, Colette brings over two decades of experience in education to her role as Education Officer at TastEd.

Throughout her teaching career, she has been passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences for all children and as Head of Enrichment, she led a diverse programme of clubs, educational visits and enrichment opportunities, ensuring every child had access to exciting new experiences beyond the classroom.

Alongside her professional work, she has volunteered with Guide Dogs and a local food bank – experiences that have reinforced her belief in the vital role charities play in creating meaningful, lasting change within communities.

She’s excited to bring her extensive knowledge of schools to TastEd and looks forward to supporting and growing the charity’s valuable work in helping children develop positive relationships with food.

As a sensory-seeking person, Colette enjoys foods with plenty of crunch so her favourite way to eat a carrot is whole and raw.
