Project Manager

Fran Box is the Project Manager for TastEd. Alongside this she runs catering business Plant Life Kitchen. Fran has spent her career supporting and delivering projects in the not-for-profit and education sector, she is passionate about the need for greater equality and believes food, as something that unifies us, is a key factor in this.

Having worked delivering food growing projects Fran has seen children’s disconnect between food and where it comes from and their lack of familiarity and unwillingness to try certain fruit and vegetables. Fran is bringing this passion and experience to TastEd in the belief that as a charity it can solve part of this problem.

Her favourite way to eat a carrot is raw in a summer roll.
